Call Assistant offers a variety of features designed to enhance your incoming call experience, from call blocking to call screening and more. Ensure you activate the Silence Unknown Callers feature in your phone settings to have Call Assistant manage calls from unknown numbers or direct them to the Call Assistant platform.
One notable feature is the customizable incoming call screen that allows you to screen calls, play hold music from Spotify, and have your call assistant handle calls when you are unavailable.
The Call Screener feature enables real-time identification of business-critical calls, allowing you to avoid spam and robocalls effortlessly. On Hold Music provides a convenient option for managing incoming calls, giving you extra time to respond at your convenience.
Customize Screener Buttons and quick reply options according to your preferences. The service also includes an Automatic Call Blocker and a Reply by Audio function for busy moments. Unlimited Visual Voicemail and Off-network Missed Call Log features are included as well.
Compatibility-wise, Call Assistant supports major carriers like AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon, StraightTalk, and MetroPCS. However, it is not compatible with carriers like Boost Mobile, Cricket, Google Fi, and Consumer Cellular due to limited support for conditional call forwarding.
Benefits of using Call Assistant include effective call screening for spam and unknown numbers, a unique call screening service for all unidentified callers, and superior assistance with managing business calls and solicitors.
To activate or deactivate the service, specific carrier codes are used for call forwarding. Before deactivating the service, it is essential to manually reset your phone using the provided dial sequences based on your carrier.
